2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent that:

  • You have authority to act on behalf of a business if submitting a listing.

  • All information submitted is truthful and accurate.

  • You will not use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. Seller Listings (Including FSBO Listings)

Biz Broker+ may allow business owners to submit listings directly (“For Sale By Owner” listings).

By submitting a listing, you agree that:

  • You own the business or have legal authority to market it.

  • The information provided is accurate and not misleading.

  • You are responsible for updating incorrect or outdated information.

  • Biz Broker+ reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion.

Biz Broker+ does not guarantee buyer inquiries, offers, or sale results.

4. Buyer Access & NDA Requirement

Certain business information may require signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

By signing an NDA:

  • You agree not to disclose confidential information.

  • You agree not to contact employees, landlords, vendors, or customers without authorization.

  • You agree not to circumvent Biz Broker+ in any transaction.

Violation may result in legal action.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Biz Broker+ does not guarantee:

  • Sale of a business

  • Speed of transaction

  • Buyer qualification

  • Accuracy of financial data

  • Lead quality or volume

All transactions are subject to negotiation and due diligence.

6. Independent Contractors

Business intermediaries operating under or in partnership with Biz Broker+ are independent contractors.

They:

  • Are not employees of Biz Broker+.

  • Are responsible for compliance with local licensing requirements.

  • Are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

Biz Broker+ is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent contractors.

7. Marketing & Paid Services

Biz Broker+ and its affiliated marketing division may offer:

  • Branding services

  • Website development

  • AI-generated CIM assistance

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Buyer lead programs

All paid services are governed by separate service agreements.

Biz Broker+ makes no guarantees regarding performance or return on investment.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content including:

  • Branding

  • Course materials

  • AI tools

  • Documents

  • Text, graphics, videos
